Cooking Experiences

We propose you different cooking experiences near the hotel, either in Private houses or at the heart of an aromatic garden or at the vegetable preserves kitchen... never more than 30 minutes from the hotel.

All these lessons are available from 2 persons to 12 persons. 

Bookings can be made directly and in that case, please refer to your Mas de l'Oulivié booking. Reception desk can also proceed to the bookings.

 

   

 

Cooking Class with Catherine at Le Mas de Lilou, private chef – 15 minutes from the hotel

In a beautifully restored 19th Century Mas, le Mas de Lilou is offering cooking classes with different menus offered. You will travel across France and the continents as Catherine (the owner) did on numerous trips around the world. She returned from these travels with many recipes of regional and local specialties and has also created sensational adaptions.

Cooking class at le Mas de Lilou in Tarascon is possible from 2 to 12 persons maximum from 10.30 am to 2 pm. http://www.lemasdelilou.com

Also fixed cooking class on Wednesdays and Saturdays afternoon from 2 pm to 4.30 pm

On special occasions, the lessons can be followed by a meal shared by all the participants who will have the opportunity to enjoy the dishes prepared. On those days, the classes will be pushed back to 5:00pm and will be followed by a dinner at 8:30 pm.

 

 

     

 

Cooking Class with Gilles at Provence Gourmet, private chef – 20/25 minutes from the hotel

Cooking class with Gilles Conchy in St Rémy de Provence on Wednesdays or Eygalières on Fridays, is possible for a group of 4 to 8 persons from 9.30 am to 3.30 pm.

He proposes an experience all about cooking, food and wine traditions here in southern France. After attending the local market, meeting the farmers and tasting some of our best regional products, you will attend his aunts fabulous countryside Mas for a hands on cooking class and a typical Provencal lunch. 

The cooking class includes the market visit, wine tasting at the winery, cooking class & lunch, all food & wine. Transportation is free and upon request. The day runs starting with a group of 4. Maximum is 8. If your group is less than 4, Gilles may gather with another group.

Cooking Class with Yvan, private chef – 15 minutes from the hotel

Cooking class with TV showman and cooker Yvan Cadiou in Maillane - 20 minutes from the hotel

His Cooking classes has been created for cooking the preparation of a meal around the table in a relaxing environment, rich in colours, with an extensive collection of musics to choose from.

The cooking class with Yvan combines fun cooking, gathering in a cheerful atmosphere and great wine tasting. All workshops include the discovery of Chateauneuf du Pape, Rasteau and Tavel wines, his favourites! 

Morning cooking class from 10 am to 2.30 pm and lunch to follow or

Afternoon cooking class from 5 to 9.30 pm and diner to follow.

Cooking Class with Natacha at Les Sentiers de l'Abondance – 30 minutes from the hotel

Vegetarian cooking or vegan food or gluten free cooking class in Eygalières from 2 persons on request.

With Natacha, it is a new way to discover how to prepare food with the respect of the nature to eat better and healthier. She uses aromatic herbs and flowers from the garden, les Sentiers de l'Abondance which you can also visit.

From 2 to 6 persons. Booking from Hotel reception desk only.
