Lunch on the terrace 

So that everyone may freely enjoy a perfect holiday, breakfasts and lunches are served on the swimming-pool terrace outside of traditional restaurant hours.

These are served on designer plates and with nice local AOP winesfrom Les Baux de Provence.

Our chef Anthony Somers takes inspiration from local products so that you may enjoy the rich culinary heritage of Provence. With his menu he hopes to encourage you to discover the specialities of the natural regional Parc of the Alpilles.

At lunch time, take time to savour the flavours

of les Alpilles :

* lovely snacks (tapenades, bull sausage, anchoïade, wrap,              selection of cheeses)
* salads seasoned with the Mas de l'Oulivié's very own olive oil
* stuffed zucchini flowers 
* moulded aubergine and egg purée with tomato and basil sauce
* Provencal hamburger
* delicious little goats' milk cheeses from St Rémy
