NotreOur chef Anthony Somers takes inspiration from local products so that you may enjoy the rich culinary heritage of Provence.

With his menu he hopes to encourage you to discover the specialities of the natural regional Parc of the Alpilles and the olive oil of Vallée des Baux de Provence which comes from part of our harvest.

Lunch time only 

 NotreOur restaurant is open everyday from noon to 3.30 pm but is closed on evenings. Reception desk is at your disposal to make reservation in outside restaurants close to the hotel in the nice little villages of Paradou, Fontvieille, Maussane les Alpilles and les Baux de Provence.

Our chef also propose picnic baskets for your hikes and biking tours.

For specific events and small groups from 12 people, diners can be arranged at the hotel upon request.
