If you are looking for an original setting for your meetings, le Mas de l’Oulivié, lovingly decorated with a Provençal “touch” is a priviledged place for welcoming groups. The village of les Baux de Provence, voted one of The Most Beautiful Villages in France is a unique site to visit after your staff retreat or seminar.
If you wish to organize special events during the low season period (April, October & November), the hotel can be privatized. Ideal location next to Avignon TGV train station (25 min) and Marseille airport ( 50 min).
Seminar room with flexible capacity
The air conditioned conference room of 27m² is located on the ground floor.There is a large French-window which opens onto the garden and which can be covered up by a screen. Furniture is adjustable depending on your needs.
The conference room can accomodate up to 16 people with a U-shaped style and up to 25 people in theatre style. During breaks home-made refreshments can be served in the hotel lounge or on our terrace by the swimming pool, depending on the weather.
Presentation Accomodation and restaurant
For groups from 12 to 30 people, lunches and dinners are served on the terrace or in the restaurant depending on the weather.
Our Chef Anthony Somers takes inspiration from local products: lamb, goat cheese, olive oil, local fruits and vegetables.
Facing either the Alpilles or the magnificent landscaped garden, our rooms are available to welcome your group. Le Mas de l’Oulivié, hotel in les Baux de Provence proposes :
- 25 single or double rooms, all different opening onto the flower garden or the Alpilles.
- 2 dream suites with private terrace or garden, jacuzzi or hammam.
Rates on request depending on the date of the seminar.
- The conference room may be booked for a full day or 1/2 day.
- Break seminar including coffee, orange juice and pastries.
Semi-residential conference package or residential package with lunch and/or dinner.
For a personalised welcome, we suggest local welcome gifts for your guests or employees: a bottle of olive oil from les Baux de Provence, a book about Provence, olive oil based cosmetic products, a bottle of wine from les Baux de Provence, local jams and honey…
